Conditions for Refund Initiation

  • Duplicate loan repayment: If the borrower has unintentionally repaid the loan twice, regardless of the means.
  • Excess payment received: In cases where Kangan Consultancy has received a payment exceeding the repayment value.
  • Early repayment mistake: If the borrower mistakenly repays the loan before the due date.

Client Satisfaction Resolution

In the event of client dissatisfaction, we encourage reaching out for guidance. Our team is dedicated to addressing concerns and enhancing customer satisfaction. We advise all visitors and potential clients to review this policy thoroughly before making any payments, ensuring a transparent and informed experience.

For eligible refund cases, the refunded amount will be credited to the respective bank account within 7 working days, ensuring a prompt and hassle-free resolution.
